6:30 PM: Three-Course Plated Dinner
- Farmer’s Salad: Market greens, fresh cucumber, dried cranberries, lemon cumin vinaigrette
- Chicken Supreme Florentine: Pan-seared chicken supreme with spinach and white wine cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and market vegetables
- Chocolate Buttertart: Handmade chocolate pastry filled with chocolate cream
- Tea/Coffee station included
